In the village of Mocrone we find this property located within a complex of houses but free on three sides. An external staircase leads to the huge terrace that welcomes us into the house. You enter in a corridor that leads on the right side to a bathroom with shower, to the living room and to the kitchen, where there is a predisposition for a heating system that can be connected to a thermo-stove. On the left side of the entrance we find the three bedrooms, all doubles and a large bathroom with utility room and very large shower. On the ground floor we find a woodshed, which can be used as a parking space for a small car, with a sink and a boiler room inside, continuing we access the two adjacent cellars. Mocrone is a rural center at the bottom of the valley. Already mentioned in 1355 as Mocoronum, perhaps it owes its name to the Latin "mucrone", i.e. tip, indicating by extension the strip of land or the ridge of the Apennines in which it was founded. Mocrone welcomes in the entrance square a monument by the sculptor Riccardo Rossi dedicated to Alberico Benedicenti, an internationally renowned pharmacologist and biologist. Nearby is also the beautiful Benedicenti house. The church of San Maurizio is also very characteristic, with its bell tower in exposed stone.
