Exclusive. In Lusignana, at the foot of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine chain, at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level, we offer this detached house with adjacent land ideal for summer holidays. Built in the '60s, it has undergone renovations over the years. You can only get to this property on foot, after walking about 150 meters from the public parking lot. Arranged on two levels with external access to them. The ground floor houses the tavern, a bathroom and two cellars. The first floor has another bathroom, a kitchen and two bedrooms. The land adjacent to the house is a meadow where there are fruit trees including peach, pomegranate, apricot, cherry, fig, apple and even olive trees. There is also free watering water in the ground. Heating is with two wood-burning stoves; one for each floor. Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler. But the fresh air "from the Harp" arrives, as the old people used to say; creating a perfect microclimate where you can stay very well in summer. From Lusignana there are many CAI paths that lead to the Apennine ridge; one of which reaches the old Lusignana Castle, on Mount Castello, an outpost of an old road traveled by traders who brought salt from the coast to the rich cities of the north. Lusignana is a small business that flourishes again in the summer months, where the locals, very united, meet under the chestnut trees of the old school to taste the local products that they have expertly cooked according to old traditions. From this town you can reach the seaside towns, the Cinque Terre and Versilia in about an hour's drive. In about 80 minutes you can reach the cities of Pisa and Parma, home to important international airports.
