Starting from the well-known and renowned Senigallia (city on the Marche coast with splendid sandy beaches) and traveling along a pleasant panoramic road in the hinterland, you reach the ancient village of Caudino where this property is located. The house dates back to around 1800 and is located in the square next to the Church. For about 50 years this house was the hub of the village having been the location of the food shop and where, next to it, there was also the village blacksmith's workshop. The house has been excellently preserved and you can find and rediscover the atmospheres of times gone by as almost everything has remained in its original state: such as the ancient terracotta flooring and the ceilings with exposed beams. Considering the antiquity of the materials still present we can state that the property is in fair general condition and the roof was checked and repainted not many years ago. The house is spread over three levels connected by a beautiful, very comfortable internal staircase with the living area on the ground floor and two bedrooms on each floor above. There is no bathroom, but obviously there is space to get more than one. Externally, attached to the house, there is also a small but lovely garden. A few hundred meters further away there is also a plot of woodland of approximately 8000 m2 used in the past (but also today) to supply firewood to the owners' family. The property is located a few kilometers from the town of Arcevia where it is possible to find all kinds of shops and is also a few minutes drive from the La Collina Da Biducci restaurant, well known and appreciated in the area. In a short time you can reach the beaches but also the Apennines with their ski fields. Contact us on WHATSAPP for a quick response write us a message directly on whatsapp: +39.329.884.3045
